ABOUT
About Sara Quinn
 My approach
I work integratively, combining:
-
Hypnotherapy
-
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
-
Mindfulness-informed and embodied awareness
This allows us to work with both:
-
conscious thought patterns and behaviours
-
deeper emotional and nervous system responses
Sessions are practical, respectful and always collaborative. You remain aware and in control throughout, including during hypnosis.
