I specialise in helping people come home to themselves.

I’m a qualified hypnotherapist and Cognitive Behavioural Practitioner, and a long-time mindfulness practitioner (since 1993).

My work sits at the intersection of:

  • nervous system regulation

  • cognitive and behavioural change

  • deep relaxation and embodied awareness

I offer a grounded, collaborative approach for people who want change that feels sustainable, not forced.
